At Beacon Tech, we work with trusted suppliers to bring you quality electronics at great prices — which means your order may be prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically taking 7–14 business days depending on your location. We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £50, and every order includes tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Return & Exchange Policy

Not completely happy with your purchase? You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Simply contact us at supportbeacontech@gmail.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a few items (such as opened hygiene-sensitive products) may not be eligible for return. If anything's unclear, our team is just an email away.
